New Beginnings

Good Morning, beautiful fall weather. This is a test blog. I will be using this format to discuss various Integrated Health subject. Let me now what you are interested in.

  1. Here is a great recipes for joint aches and pains. It is called Vin Oil to be taking once a day.
    1/2 cup of hot water
    1 teaspoon of vinegar(balsamic)
    1 teasoon honey
    1 1/2 tablespoon of Olive Oil (extra virgin)
    1 1/2 tablespoon of Flaxseed meal
    Mix well. It really tastes good. Just try it.
